Amelia's surgery went very well today. She is currently back in NICU and already off of the ventilator. We will start her first feeds by g-tube later this evening. She also had to have another IV line put in today in her head, but no hair had to be shaved, so that is yet another praise!

Thank you so much for the update. You must be so busy and tired, and it has to be hard for you to find time to write. Those of us who wait and pray appreciate your faithfulness to keep us informed.
Agreed, Mrs. Lytle! Jaime, I'm so proud of you and Nate and also so proud of Amelia. What a trooper.
As the mama of a baby whose head was mercilessly shaved for a picc line, I second the praise over the hair! She looks really good for having gone through surgery this morning. We will keep the prayers coming for her recovery, and for the g-tube adjustment to go smoothly.
